Kate is passionate about unlocking and developing the potential in people. Her wide and varied experience and qualifications means she is ideally placed to bring about positive change in people’s personal and professional lives.
Kate’s enthusiasm, talent and people skills are at the centre of her successful business life. She started her career in the hotel industry learning the ins and outs of service industries, working for well know names such as Stakis, English Lakes Hotels and Best Western. She consolidated her knowledge and experience with a degree in Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management (HCIMA).
She followed up her seven years in hotels with a move into manufacturing at Nestlé . She fast tracked through roles across the factory, sales and HR, working with teams and individuals in all the core functions of the business. This gave her a unique experience and insight into the roles and responsibilities of staff throughout the company. Management positions in HR followed and she became a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).
In 2005 Kate left Nestlé and moved to Switzerland where she built up a European client base, providing consultancy across several different market sectors.
She is a member of several professional bodies which keeps her refreshed on all the latest thinking and best practice:

- Affiliate member of the British Psychological Society (BPS)
- Inaugural member of the Global Coaching Community (GCC)
- Member of the European, Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC)
